OverMade supply turn-key to high-quality facial tissue plant
Verona, Italy - OverMade has received a commitment from an important Middle Eastern client to provide a complete high-quality facial tissue turn-key plant.
The customer, knowing the quality of the product manufactured by the OVER CR C20 tissue machines, has commissioned OverMade to provide the entire line from pulper to approach flow system, head box to reel, winding to wrapping line, and including all auxiliaries such as vacuum, steam system, high-efficiency hood, mist and dust removal system. The distributed control system, quality control system, sectional electrical drives and the electrification of the entire tissue mill are also part of the scope of supply. The line will produce 30,000 tpy tissue, using virgin fiber. The plant will be equipped with a softwood and hardwood line, water treatment, fibre recovery facility, and an advanced double dilution system to feed the head box.
The machine being used is the OVER CR C20, capable of producing the softest facial tissue, using the DYNAFLO-C head box (the latest development of the DYNAFLO TWC), capable of achieving a fibre distribution at high consistency and to reduce the softwood needs in the paper. The OVER CR C20 is equipped with a 4,572 mm Yankee diameter and it is conceived to work at a speed of 2,000 mpm, but it has already demonstrated it has the ability to exceed the stated operating speed on many occasions.
Delivery is scheduled for Q2-2021 and Over- Made will perform the job and supply all necessary engineering, logistics and erection services as well as assist at start-up of the line, under the supervision of OverMade qualified personnel on site, who will be in charge of the coordination and control during all the erection and the commissioning phases up to the startup and training for the client’s employees.
For many years OverMade has been successfully serving the international market with this machine size, “We are enthusiastic about this new order coming from an experienced tissue producer, who actually intends to prepare the battleground to gain further market shares, while we are committed to supply our battle horse” said Stefano Marocchio, CEO of OverMade.
