Cellwood upgrades slated for de-inking lines

Cellwood Machinery AB, Nässjö, Sweden, has received contracts for de-inking systems.

• At Spain’s Papeles y Cartones De Europa, SA, Cellwood will upgrade stock preparation line MP1 with a 200- ton/day Krima hot-dispersing unit, the second such unit for the company. Delivery is due in autumn 2017.

• In Mexico, Cellwood received a contract from Bio Pappel Printing SA de CV to replace two existing kneaders with a Krima ultra-compact dispersing unit. The main goals are quality improvements and energy savings.

The printing division of Bio Pappel manufactures writing and printing paper including bond paper rolls, cut paper and newsprint. The delivery will be in Q317. Cellwood Machinery develops, manufactures and supplies machinery and systems for the pulp and paper industry under brand names Krima, Grubbens and Algas.
