Triwater acquires part of Buckman’s water treatment business

Rosemont, IL-based Triwater Holdings LLC, a diversified water company, recently bought part of Memphis, TN-based Buckman Laboratories’ water treatment business.

Triwater says the acquisition provides synergies and complementary offerings with its existing Treatment division’s business brands: Klenzoid Canada; Eldon Water; Nashville Chemical; Chemco Products.

According to Buckman, the sale was to Klenzoid Canada Inc., Mississauga, ON. Klenzoid specializes in industrial boiler, cooling water and wastewater management and treatment programs.

The investment expands on Triwater’s over-all water industry strategy of improving water-use integrity through its three divisions: Water Filtration Systems; Waterline Renewal Technologies; Water Treatment Solutions.

These divisions focus on helping their customers (improve water-use integrity) by removing undesirable contaminants (Filtration), rehabilitating degraded infrastructure (Renewal) and revitalizing chemical efficiencies (Treatment).
